Colin is a smart well bred 5 year old Irish Draught. He has proven to be a kind and easy going horse, with potential in numerous equestrian disciplines.
Colin has hunted twice and was schooled x-country on numerous occasions, where he showed great bravery and willingness. He is forward going, without pulling and comes back easily if asked.
He has shown several times and was always placed within the top 4. Besides showing, he has also completed working hunter competitions, most recently coming 4th in the Dungarvan Show novice working hunter, receiving 29 points out of 30 for the ridden phase.
Colin is now competing in Dressage Ireland competitions with scores of 67% at prelim level.
He has competed in two young horse dressage classes recently, placing first on each occasion with scores of 70% & 70.2%.
He is a horse that will try his heart out for his rider and improves after every ride. He is continuously moving forward in his flatwork education and jumps at home 1m already. He is a pleasure to work with.
He was broken in November 2018.
